We live in a world of increasing divisiveness where the church has historically separated people based on race, economics, ethnicity, and orientation. Our neighbors in Florida are looking for safe spaces where they can be welcomed and respected for their whole authentic selves and find belonging to move forward in a relationship with Christ and his community. This 2-day training allows us, clergy and laity alike, to consider how we preach and practice beloved community through the stories and skills of practitioners from around the nation.
